Product Materials - Our packaging materials can be broken down into heavyweight, lightweight, and mixed materials.

Our heavyweight material includes aluminum, kraft, and rice paper. These are tough and sturdy packages that are more than 3 mils thick.

Our lightweight material includes poly-plastic, Mylar, and non-woven. These are bags less than 3 mils thick. Bags made from these materials act as a thin shield that protects your products without getting in its way. Our lightweight bags are flexible and easy to carry.

Mylar is made of polyethylene terephthalate, biaxial-oriented polypropylene, a middle layer of VMPET film, and then an inner layer of cast polypropylene. These materials come together to form a flexible material that is lightweight and protective. Mylar is great at keeping food items preserved for an extended time.
Our Poly-plastic bags use a combination of Methoxy propylamine for the other layer and polyethylene film for the inner layers. This composition is 100% safe for food and organic material. This poly-plastic blend is also thin, flexible, and resistant to water. Our windows are all composed of this material because it provides visibility for the stored product, as well as protection.

Product Type - We currently offer eight types of product packaging bags to meet the unique needs of our clientele. These different product types each serve unique purposes and have beneficial features. Depending on your unique packaging requirements, we will provide you with a suitable packaging type that satisfies your individualized needs. Flat open-top pouches are long-lasting and disposable. Once the opening is heat sealed shut, these pouches will protect your products from external moisture, humidity, and debris for extended periods of time. Product Type - The product style refers to the appearance of the packages. We currently break down the styles into double-sided, single-sided, windowed, and designed bags. Each of these bags has a different visual personality and benefit. The packaging style effects whether or not you can custom print on the bag, and it also affects the visibility of the stored contents.

Windowed Bags are solid colored bags that feature a clear or translucent window. This window can come in a variety of shapes and locations on the package. These windows are composed of a poly-plastic material. These bags are great because they can provide ample protection from sunlight, while also showing off the stored contents of the bag. Custom print around the window to draw attention to your brand information and your product.
