QQ Studio Return Policy: Excellent Service and Easy Returns

Return Period

At QQ Studio, we stand by the quality of our products. However, if you find that the product that you ordered is not what you’re looking for, then we gladly accept returns. All orders made through our QQ Studio website have a grace period of 30 days from the order’s date of delivery to be returned. All other purchases of QQ Studio products made through other marketplace websites, such as Amazon and eBay, must be returned directly to that respective marketplace.


Restocking Fee

After the 30-day grace period, there will a 15% restocking fee applied to returned orders of 10 packs or more.


Return Process

If you wish to return your order, please send an email to notify us at returns@qqstudio.zendesk.com.

Within your email, please provide the following information: 

  • Your name
  • Order number
  • Order date
  • Product SKU's (found on the product label)
  • Your reason for making the return

Please allow us one business day to process your return as well as to inspect the products to determine the refund value. Afterwards, we will promptly respond to your email with further instructions.


Wrong or Damaged Orders

If you have received a damaged or incorrect product, please file a claim by emailing us at order-help@qqstudio.zendesk.com. Make sure to keep the QQ Studio product in its original packaging for your records.

Within this email, please provide the following information:

  • Your name
  • Order number
  • Order date
  • Images of the front and back of the product packaging
  • Product’s SKU label
  • Reason for the return

Please allow us one business day to investigate your claim. Once your claim has been resolved, we will then follow the appropriate next steps.



The refund value will be dependent on the condition of the returned products.

  1. New, unused, undamaged, and complete orders that are returned to us will receive a full refund.
  2. Used, incomplete, and damaged returns will receive a partial refund.

* If you are a loyalty program member, then points equivalent to the refund value will be deducted from your total point balance.



Purchases made for the following products are non-refundable:

  • Final sale products
  • Discontinued models
  • Sample packs
  • Custom printed products 

Furthermore, the following fees are also non-refundable:

  • Return shipping costs
  • Customs fees
  • Custom printing fees (Deposit and molding plate fees)
