107 Featured Bag of The Day - Kraft Popcorn Bags with Window
Posted on July 08 2020
When it comes to storing single-serving food products, open top bags are the way to go. They can easily be disposed of when the food product has run out. Our 107 series bags put a twist on classic Kraft paper bags. These bags are more durable, protective, and long-lasting.
Our 107 series bags can be easily filled with your products through the top opening and then heat sealed with an impulse heat sealer to keep them safe and secure. They even have a clear oval window, which allows your customers to get a sneak peek of your products in stores. Finally, once customers have purchased your product, they can quickly open the bags by ripping off the top or bottom of the bag at the tear notches provided.
What Makes Them Special?
The 107 series bags have features that make them exceptional for product packaging. First, these bags are made of both Kraft and Mylar material. The fusion of these materials produces thick bags, which makes them more resistant to physical damage.
Second, these bags have side gussets. At first glance, this feature may not seem valuable, but the presence of side gussets actually allows the bags to hold even more of your product. As the bags are being filled, the side gussets will expand. In fact, depending on the size of the bag, you can store anywhere from 6 to 9 ounces of products.
What Do You Recommend Storing in Them?
Our 107 series bags would be great for storing popcorn products. This includes buttered popcorn, kettle corn, caramel corn, and sea salt popcorn to name a few. The popcorn products can also be different shapes such as mushroom popcorn, snowflake popcorn, or butterfly popcorn. After your customers get a glance at your popcorn through the bag’s window, they’ll feel like they can almost taste it!
What Protections Do They Offer?
These bags have an inner lining of plastic material. Plastic is a thin yet powerful material that is impermeable to moisture, gases, and debris. The presence of the added lining will keep your popcorn from spoiling, getting wet, or getting stale.
What Are Some Ideal Settings For These Bags?
Popcorn is a popular snack that many consumers love. Therefore, popcorn products stored in our 107 series bags will fare well in many environments. A few of these settings are health food stores, grocery stores, department stores, food trucks, amusement parks, and even street fair stands.
Before you Pop Off
Our 107 packaging bags adds a classic and old-fashioned solution to your popcorn packaging needs. With its combination of thick Kraft paper and poly-plastic, these bags provide dual action protection. This makes the bags the optimal snack bag storage option.
