Each of the ingredients used in this recipe offers its own benefit. Honey has a number of benefits for your skin. Honey has antibacterial and antiseptic abilities, making it great for oily or acne prone skin. Honey is also a natural humectant, which means it helps hydrate your skin without making it feel oily. Humectants like honey draw moisture from the skin without replacing it. Rosehip oil contains essential fatty acids, including linoleic and linolenic acid. These help keep cell walls strong so that they do not lose water. Rosehip oil also helps with exfoliation, inflammation, sun protection, and hyperpigmentation. Together these two ingredients provide enormous benefits to your skin. Try out this sheet mask recipe today to see for yourself.
