Top 5 Overnight Oat Recipes

Overnight oats are a quick and easy breakfast that can save you tons of morning stress. Making it is a simple process. Mix your favorite ingredients in a cup, bowl, or jar, then wait overnight. In the morning you'll find creamy and delicious oats that are ready to eat. All of these recipes will follow the standard ratio of one part oats, one part milk, or milk substitute. A good serving for me is one cup oats and one cup oat milk, but feel free to add or decrease that based on your preference. I also like to add chia seeds to all my recipes, typically eyeballed. I estimate I add about 2 table spoons. Chia seeds are an excellent source of fiber, and they are also very filling. My favorite part about them is how they turn into little caviar-like gooey balls when soaked. They create an interesting texture to the oats. Here are some of my favorite overnight oat recipes.

Top 5 Overnight Oats Recipes: Blueberry Bonanza

  • 1 cup Oats
  • 1 cup oat milk
  • 2 tbsp. Chia seeds
  • 1 handful frozen Blueberries
  • 2 tbsp. Granola
  • 1 big squirt of Maple syrup
  • 1 dash of Cinnamon
  • 2 tbsp. Greek Yogurt
  • 1 handful of Almonds

This is a nice and sweet recipe that I first made by just throwing in what I had laying around. First, you will mix the oats, milk, chai seeds, syrup, cinnamon, Greek yogurt, and blueberries. Allow this to soak overnight in a Mason jar or bowl. If you are taking your overnight oats on the go, you can also make this in a reusable zipper bag like this one. After the concoction has soaked, add the granola and almonds, and enjoy!

  • 1 handful of frozen strawberries
  • 2 tbsp. peanut butter
  • 1 tbsp. strawberry jam

This one is a spin on classic school lunch. The simple part about this recipe is you can just mix everything and let it soak. Quick, easy, and delicious. Store the oats, or the ingredients to make the recipe, in a Stand Strong™ bag. These pouches will ensure that the oats stay fresh and tasty.

Top 5 Overnight Oats Recipes: Blackberry Cheesecake

  • 1 cup Oats
  • 1 cup oat milk
  • 2 tbsp. Chia seeds
  • 1 handful fresh blackberries
  • ½ cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp. honey
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 graham crackers
  • 1 tbsp. blackberry jam

This one is a real treat. The blackberry and graham crackers work together to give the oats a nice tanginess and crunch. You can swap the fruit and jam for your favorite, my favorite is blackberry. To make, mix oats, milk, chia seeds, yogurt, honey, vanilla, and jam. Soak overnight in jar or bag, remove, then top with the fresh blueberries and the crumbled graham crackers.
